Arrival at the Domaine de Rymska after 1 hr 20 mins. on the TGV, leaving from the Paris Gare de Lyon, then a 10-minutes shuttle ride from the station of Montceau Le Creusot. Two EV chargers are available for those who wish to charge their cars. Or you can choose to arrive from the sky… in a helicopter!

A little tour of La Ferme is a must to discover how the Domaine de Rymska is virtually self-sufficient. The ideal setting for a Champagne aperitif while admiring the thoroughbreds on the stud farm. And it's not rare that Eric Feurtet in person plays the part of a guide !

After settling into your room, lunch awaits you, on the terrace in fine weather, in the dining-room near the hearth in winter. On the menu, ultra-fresh vegetables from the market garden. A taste of paradise !

Just a few steps from Farm to dish. You take your seat in the restaurant with the greatest pleasure, eager to taste the elegant cuisine of Chef Jérémie Muller. Not forgetting excellent Burgundy wines, of which the Domaine de Rymska proposes a fine selection.  

Discovery of Burgundy's architectural and historic heritage on visits to the Chateau de Couches, La Villa Perrusson or the Chateau de Germolles, one of the most luxurious and most well-preserved residences of the Dukes of Burgundy. You can rent a Porsche Cayenne or 911 convertible to head for the superb medieval town of Beaune.

Set off to explore a few of the 1,247 "Climats", plots of vines precisely defined and denominated, together with the wine they produce, and comprising the vineyard of Burgundy. A terroir of immense richness, listed in 2015 as part of UNESCO's World Heritage. Visits of wine cellars and tastings in numerous châteaux 

And why not a massage to chill out before your evening meal ? You just have to ask and the hotel will take care of everything ! Unless you prefer to admire the sunset on hot air balloon?  At the Domaine de Rymska, everything is possible !*

Gourmet lunch on the Domain. Today it will be "œuf confit", green asparagus and wild garlic, followed by pike-perch from the lake served with a fine "ratatouille" of young vegetables. Tasty and healthy !

With no fewer than seven lakes on the estate, it is hard to resist the temptation of a fishing expedition. Rods, hooks, bait…, the Domaine de Rymska provides all the necessary gear. On your return, a game of "pétanque", thanks to a dedicated pitch at the edge of the vegetable garden.

Your last dinner before leaving on Monday morning. On the menu, the famous Wagyu beef and other delicacies from the Farm with its Délicatesse potatoes and morel mushrooms. Unforgettable, just like these 48 hours at the Domaine de Rymska.
